Please fill out the form below if you would like to use Swork's premises for a film, TV, or other commercial production. Upon receipt, we will review your inquiry and either get back to you with an estimate or, should we need more answers, several additional follow-up questions. Before you fill out this form, please note our terms and conditions for using Swork's space for filming, as well as our cancellation policy, below this form.

A cleaning deposit of $500 in addition to the rental fee is required at time of booking.
Two Swork staff members must be present on site at all times during production/filming.
If Swork employees are to be used as talent, talent releases must be provided on day of production.
All rental fees and deposits must be paid in full 24 hours in advance of event.
Production company and all other outside vendors are required to show Certificates of Insurance before operating on the premises.
Swork Coffee, property address, and property interior and exterior must be noted specifically within Certificate of Insurance.
Production company is responsible to reimburse Swork for any damage caused by production company and/or by any outside vendors participating in production. Damage will be assessed and repairs estimated by Swork ownership.
A maximum crew of 60 (including talent) are allowed on the premises at any given time.
Cancellation Policy
In order to be refunded, cancellations need to be received three days in advance of reservation date. Cancellations received within three days of reservation date will receive no refund except for $500 cleaning fee deposit.
